The location was perfect, situated right on the river and offering breathtaking views of the River Volga. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for us to travel to other places. The staff provided excellent service, from check-in to housekeeping. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, a balcony, and a dressing area. We also appreciated the in-room safe and desk, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

There were nor free rooms we've prepaide, so we got higher class room. It was nice. Location. Parking. Near there is a 24\7 shop. Breakfast is better then usual in Russia.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Best aspects were how clean it was and the excellent hotel facilities. There was also plenty of parking available and the transportation was convenient, as it was close to both the train station and railway station. Furthermore, it was easy to walk or run around the area, which was in the center of this city. The breakfast was also noteworthy and the staff were very friendly.

Worst aspects? Couldn't fault it.

very stuffy in the rooms, had to constantly open the balcony door to air the room. bad was hot water, very thin stream and one day it did not exist. fairly strong communication between the rooms, poor sound insulation.

Conveniently Placed for New Year Celebrations & Good Amenities

During my New Year's stay, I found the hotel to be strategically located for accessing the city's festivities. I also appreciated the modern amenities at my disposal. the proximity to popular tourist attractions made it easy to explore the city without venturing too far away from the hotel.

Housekeeping was not up to par. My room was not tidied up even after displaying the appropriate signage.

Everything is good. Very nice and full breakfast. After staying in this hotel we had a very good impression!

I suppose that Congress Hotel is a very good place for the next traveling in Nizhniy Novgorod.
